If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order unless otherwise permitted by law. Wildn is not responsible for bank delays, payment processor delays, or financial institution processing times after a refund has been submitted.

This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, payment information, and any other information requested during checkout or customer support.

Wildn is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, returned packages, refused packages, misdelivery, or other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable customer information. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of customer-provided information, any resolution will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, discount errors, product errors, or other mistakes at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate. You authorize Wildn and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order, including product costs, shipping charges, taxes, duties, fees, and any other applicable charges.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not control every aspect of third-party payment processing and are not responsible for payment processor delays, bank delays, authorization holds, declined payments, fraud reviews, or other payment-related issues outside our reasonable control.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges related to your order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your order is shipped internationally or across customs borders, customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold, reject, or assess fees on your package. Wildn is not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, import restrictions, government actions, or failure to comply with local import rules.

Shipping, Fulfillment, and Delivery

Wildn works with independent manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics partners to process and deliver orders. While we carefully select the partners we work with, some parts of the order process are handled by third parties outside Wildn’s direct control. This may include product handling, inventory availability, packaging, fulfillment processing, carrier pickup, shipping transit, customs review, delivery routing, and final delivery.

Estimated shipping times, delivery dates, processing windows, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Wildn is not responsible for delays, errors, interruptions, shortages, carrier delays, customs inspections, weather events, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, acts of government, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, manufacturers, customs authorities, payment processors, high order volume, incorrect customer information, or other third parties do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, cancellation, replacement, reshipment, or compensation. If applicable law requires customer consent, cancellation rights, or a refund for unshipped delayed merchandise, Wildn will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Wildn is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, unauthorized removal, damage, or failure to locate the package after delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, you should check with household members, neighbors, building management, the carrier, and your local delivery office. Wildn may assist in reviewing the issue, but a confirmed delivery scan does not automatically qualify the order for a refund or replacement.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and store credits are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

Wildn may accept return and refund requests, but all requests are reviewed case by case and are subject to our approval and discretion unless otherwise required by law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain products may be considered final sale once opened, used, handled, removed from sealed packaging, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale. This may include personal care products, oral care products, grooming products, hygiene-related products, beauty products, consumable products, and any product that comes into contact with the body.

Wildn reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, store credits, or reshipments where we believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, excessive, dishonest, made in bad faith, unsupported by evidence, or inconsistent with our policies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, you agree to contact Wildn first at info@wildn.shop so we can review the matter. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal is filed, Wildn reserves the right to provide the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment network with order records, delivery confirmation, tracking information, customer communications, policy pages, product details, checkout records, fraud analysis, and any other evidence related to the transaction.

Wildn reserves the right to deny duplicate refund requests while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending. We also reserve the right to restrict or refuse future orders from customers who misuse chargebacks, submit false claims, or engage in payment abuse.

Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

Wildn may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, limited-time offers, free gifts, or other special offers. All promotions are subject to change, limitation, or cancellation at any time unless otherwise required by law.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated. Discounts may not apply to shipping, taxes, duties, fees, prior purchases, or excluded products. If an order that included a free gift, bundle discount, promotional discount, or special offer is returned or refunded, Wildn may deduct the value of the promotion from any refund where permitted by law.

Wildn reserves the right to remove, reject, edit, or refuse to display user content at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution
